Training Update
Training is still going very well, bodyfat is down, muscle mass is up and strength levels have improved. My conditioning has also significantly improved and my next focus is to improve my RFD (Rate of Force Development) and work on my ESD (explosive strength deficit) Although this is not significant its an area I want to improve on!
I am also continuing to focus on improving my postural issues from a 20 year cycling career and my next focus is a powerlifting contest in October and a Weightlifting event in November!
