Time to train

Its 2012 and as much as I am working between 60-70hrs a week at the moment, its time to get focused!

 

Goals for this year after competing in Weightlifting last year are:

Get back into competitive sparring/boxing!

Continue with Weightlifting and do some Deadlift only contests.

I want to pull 230KG as its been a while and I would like to get 240 weighing 80kg, as a 3 times bodyweight deadlift!

Also, Clean 125, Snatch 90 and get that infamous 180kg full Back Squat!

 

Set yourself some goals, put them out there and relentlessly pursue them, until you achieve them!
