Delivery

We endeavour to despatch orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders below 2kg are normally despatched by recorded mail. If you have not received your order after 7 working days please contact us or your local royal mail enquiry office. International orders below 2kg are normally sent by airmail. Orders over 2kg will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Our prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

 

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy from date of receipt and this is based on the items not being used. Used items cannot be returned. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge if items are returned in an unsaleable condition. Please Note: the cost of outgoing postage/shipping & packaging will be deducted from the refund (minimum £2.00). We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders. If products are received damaged, we must be notified in writing within 7 days from receipt.

 

Mobile Training

PLEASE NOTE: Our prices for home training or coaching at your facility are based on your location being within 10 miles of our base. Any distances further than 10 miles will be priced on application

Courses

PLEASE NOTE: Further to KBTEducation's standard payment policy, all course payments will be due, prior to attending and completing our courses. KBTEducation can accept payment, via Paypal, Cheque, Balance Transfer. For large corporate bookings, KBTEduaction can provide credit terms, where payment is required within 30 days from the date of the intial booking. Again payment can be made via Paypal, Cheque, Balance Transfer.

Cancellations

Any cancellations for services must be advised 48hrs before the scheduled session. Any cancellations within 48hrs notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total session value and any cancellations cancelled within 24hrs will be fully chargeable. Discretion will be used in the event of emergencies.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose our customer information to any third parties.

 

Disclaimer

Consult your physician before beginning any physical training program or using any new physical training equipment. Do not perform exercises that cause injury or irritation to a pre-existing injury. Misuse of kettlebells may result in serious injury. To ensure safe practice with your kettlebell, we recommend you booking training sessions with Kettlebelltrainer.
