MY background & philosophy
I have coached bmx Racers, powerlifters, weightlifters, fighters, at regional, national and international level I also coach the military and police
I am a former World ranked sprint cyclist and represented the Great British Team on many occasions. I was Regional Champion, National Champion and achieved my highest ranking of 15th in the world. I currently train towards competing in Weightlifting and other Strength and Power Sports.
As a coach, I have 16 years of experience, working with Part time to Elite level athletes as Strength Coach. I am also an Advanced Personal Trainer and have been proving 1-2-1, group and bootcamp personal training services, to the members of the public for 16 years.
My philosophy is to help everybody become “The best YOU Can Be!” In Sport and Life, we all have talents and abilities and areas we need to focus on. My objective as a Coach is to help my clients develop the areas they excel in, but also focus on the areas they are not good at. So whether you’re an athlete or just want to get fit, I will give you the tools to help you be an allround performer and “The best YOU Can Be!”
