My bro doing a 107.5kg Clean and "Macho" style Power Jerk. Jeff is a former BMX Regional, National #1 and European Ranked 3 BMX Racer. After a long break he came back to race Dual Slalom mountain biking and was again National #1. He retired after a servere injury to his foot which has left him disabled and unable to compete!
He has now turned his attention to Weighlifting, after much encouragement from me, as I recognised his great potential for the sport.
He is competing in mid July at an open Weightlifting contest in Bristol, where I expect him to finish on a 90kg Snatch and a 120kg C&J.
